Q. Can my billing company (SegPayCS ) change or reset my password?
A. Yes, if your billing is with Segpay, please visit cs.segpay.com and search for your transaction. If your billing is with CCBill, please visit support.ccbill.com and search for your transaction. If you do not know which service you used for billing or if you are unable to find your transaction, please email customer support.
